Description
Abstract 
The Preliminary Alternative Compliance process allows an applicant to investigate the feasibility of an alternative proposal for fulfilling the requirements Landscape Manual with a limited amount of design and engineering and without an underlying companion case.

Purpose 
The purpose of preliminary alternative compliance is to provide applicants with an opinion of the feasibility of a design alternative that would qualify for receiving a positive response if the same application were submitted for Alternative Compliance.
