Utility Easements in Prince George's County.

Purpose

The Utility Easement Layer is a graphic representation of specific parts of property reserved for electricity, water, telephone, cable television, gas, and other utilities, which can be either private or public. This layer is to be used as a tool, indicating the presence of an easement which requires additional research, by the Planning Department when analyzing and researching properties in Prince George's County.
