Description

Abstract

FDP is the plan that controls the development only in the M-X-C Zone. The final development plan is approve with Preliminary and contains site-specific standards for future development. Once approved it remains valid indefinitely.

Purpose

To display an overall design with various uses that will provide site specific guidance for future development in accordance with an approved Comprehensive Sketch Plan.
