Abstract 
Construction Easements in Prince George's County.

Purpose 
The Construction Easement Layer is a graphic representation of easements created during construction in Prince George's County. Construction easements include maintenance, grading, revertible grading, fenceline maintenance, and homeowners maintenance easements. This layer is to be used as a tool, indicating the presence of an easement which requires additional research, by the Planning Department when analyzing and researching properties in Prince George's County.
