Development Review Districts, Prince George's County, Maryland

Purpose 
Coverage was developed from descriptions in the Subdivisions regulations sections 24-147--149.01. These provisions designate three Development Review Districts and allow for the appointment of a Commission of up to 9 members to be given an opportunity to review and comment on all applications for subdivision of land located in the District and to be made a party of record on all zoning and subdivision matters which involve property within the District, before the Zoning Hearing Examiner, the Planning Board and the District Council.
