Abstract 
Enterprise zones for Prince George's County, Maryland

Purpose 
From an approved list of parcels designated as eligible for State and County Enterprise Zone incentives, the State-designated Enterprise Zone in Prince George's County includes commercial and industrial parcels in the International Corridor/Gateway Arts District area; the Port Towns area including parts of Bladensburg, Colmar Manor, Cottage City, and Riverdale Park; the Annapolis Road Corridor including parts of Cheverly and New Carrollton; the Cabin Branch area including parts of Cheverly, Glenarden, and Landover; the Central Avenue area; and the Southern area which includes parts of Suitland, Forest Heights, and parcels along Marlboro Pike, Allentown Road, Silver Hill Road, Branch Avenue, and Southern Avenue. An update was made according to extension of CR-54-999 a county resolution passed in September 2009.
