ARCDBA.LDF_PROPERTY_XREF

The LDF_Property_Xref is an intermediate relationship class table that stores the associations between the Prince George's County, Maryland property shapes and the tax account records in the Land Data File (LDF) using a many-to-many cardinality.

Relationship classes manage the associations between objects in one class (feature class or table) and objects in another. Objects at either end of the relationship can be features with geometry or records in a table. The LDF_Property_Xref relationship class allows users of the M-NCPPC property layer to easily access the relevant tax account information for a particular parcel or lot. The LDF_Property_Xref table is maintained as part of the property dataset by the M-NCPPC GIS staff.

This property-to-tax account association functions through two relates. The first relate is the primary key field (PROP_ID) in the Property_Poly layer to the foreign key field (PROPERTYOID) in the LDF_Property_Xref table. The second is the primary key field (LDF_ID) in the LDF table to the foreign key field (LDFOID) in the LDF_Property_Xref table.
