Lot Line Easements in Prince George's County.

Purpose

The Lot Line Easement Layer is a graphic representation of easements delineating areas of ownership boundary and encroachment on a neighboring property in Prince George's County. This layer is to be used as a tool, indicating the presence of an easement which requires additional research, by the Planning Department when analyzing and researching properties in Prince George's County.
