Abstract 
Negative Easements in Prince George's County.

Purpose 
The Negative Easement Layer is a graphic representation of an area where the property owner is prevented from an otherwise lawful use of land which may, in some way, restrict the neighboring land, such as access to light, air, or viewshed. This layer is to be used as a tool, indicating the presence of an easement which requires additional research, by the Planning Department when analyzing and researching properties in Prince George's County.
