Abstract 
This dataset represents M-NCPPC park service and recreation areas as defined by the Department Of Parks & Recreation. There are 3 areas within Prince George's County: north, central & south. Each area has its own designated maintenance and recreation supervisor.

Purpose 
This dataset was built to store Park Service Area data for M-NCPPC, Prince George's County's geographical inventory. This data will be used for analysis and cartographic display primarily for planning functions.
