Abstract

The trails feature class stores the actual trail object, classified as either hard or natural surface. Each line segment in this datase is intended to represent a segment of trail between intersections. Segments along a trail should share endpoints.

Purpose

This dataset was built to store park trail data for M-NCPPC, Prince George's County's geographical inventory. This data will be used for analysis and cartographic display primarily for planning functions.
