Description

Abstract

This data set is a to-scale depiction of the division of a tract of land. Preliminary plans are reviewed for environmental issues, such as woodland conservation and stormwater management; proper legal description of lots; and the general design of the subdivision including access, circulation and lotting pattern.

Purpose

To display the proposed division into lots, blocks, streets, alleys or other designated areas within a proposed subdivision.
