Description

Abstract

A Special Permit is a special review process for certain proposed uses in some zoning districts such as U-L-I and M-U-TC Zone.

Purpose

To establish a review process for certain uses that have greater impacts in various zoning districts such as U-L-I and M-U-TC, where the Planning Board's approval is final and the aggrieved party can only appeal it to the Circuit Court.
